How do I book a transfer?

You can book your airport transfer online, or you can call us (24 hours 7 days a week) on 1300 368 897.

At Sydney International Airport, travellers are also able to book a transfer directly from our Customer Service Desk, conveniently located at Arrivals Gate B.

How close to my flight time can I make a booking?

Bookings are accepted when flight time entered is at least 2 hours greater than the current time if travelling from the airport, or at least 5 hours greater than the current time if travelling to the airport.

How do I pay for my transfer?

We use PayPal for secure online payment. When booking online, Ride On Demand does not request either your name or email address. These values will be retrieved from PayPal. With the exception of UnionPay payments, you do NOT need a PayPal account to undertake online payment.

Do I need to print out my receipt?

You will be emailed details of your booking. You can either display this on your mobile device or print your booking confirmation.

Wheelchair accessible?

Our shuttle bus and private vehicles are not currently wheelchair accessible.

Can you pickup passengers from multiple flights for the same booking?

No, we only deal with one flight number per booking.
